Scheduled - SuccessMaker is undergoing the annual Back to School 2024 system upgrade, which is scheduled from July 26th, 8PM ET to July 29th, 12AM ET. Customers may experience up to 20 minutes of downtime as a result of this update.

Investigating - Due to a global technology issue, the data sync that updates SuccessMaker Reports for Administrators and Admin Dashboard Data are impacted and will be delayed. As a result Admins may not see the latest data on their reports and dashboard. Our team is working to correct the issue as soon as possible. Other features for admins, teachers and students within SuccessMaker are not impacted by this and are operating normally.

Identified - Due to a global technology issue, the data sync that updates Realize Reports for Administrators is impacted and will be delayed. As a result admins might not see the latest student performance data in their reports. Our team is working to correct the issue as soon as possible. Other features for admins, teachers and students within the Realize ecosystem are not impacted and operating normally.
